DAY 01: SOUTH BALI – SEMINYAK
Upon arrival at the airport, our guide will welcome you with a flower garland then transfer you to Seminyak for accommodation. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 02: SEMINYAK – UBUD (B)
Sightseeing transfer to Ubud visit can be made at art villages such as: Lod Tunduh (the place of the artist, where you can see different styles of painting), Mas (the village well known as woodcarver village), and Celuk (the village of Gold and Silver smiths). The last stop will be Batuan Village, where we can see the traditional Balinese Houses. Traditional Balinese buildings seek to be in harmony with the environment, built almost entirely of organic and natural materials, such as thatch roofing, bamboo poles, woven bamboo, coconut wood, teak wood, brick and stone. The thatched roof usually contains of ijuk (black aren fibers), dried coconut or rumbia leaves, or sirap (hard wood shingles arranged like tiles) roof. Stones and red bricks are usually used as foundation and walls, while sandstone and andesite stone are usually carved as ornamentation.
DAY 03: UBUD (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Continue to Cycling in Ubud. Starting in view of Mount Batur volcano at Kintamani, this breathtaking bicycle tour winds down through 26km of lush valleys, through Balinese villages, past century-old temples and rich green rice fields. DAY 04: UBUD – LOVINA (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing transfer to Lovina. Enroute visiting The Royal Temple of Mengwi is one a very beautiful Hindu temple uniquely designed with a distinctive style of Balinese architecture and surrounded by a large of fishpond that looks like floating on the water. This temple is featured by the unique shape of temple building with towering tiers style decorated with Balinese ornaments with high artistic values that gives the sacred for its temple. This temple is well also known as a Royal Mengwi Temple located in Mengwi District Its Balinese name Pura Taman Ayun literally means ‘Beautiful Garden Temple’ and a stop can be made in Fruits and Vegetables market in Candi Kuning Village. Candikuning Fruit Market provides fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, and such exotic flowers as delicate orchids and roses, creating an array of wonderful colors. Located at Candi Kuning countryside which can be reached only in a few minutes from the lake. It is not far from Ulun Danu Temple. And Ulun Danu Temple in Bedugul Village, Ulun Danu Temple is a Balinese Hindu Temple located at Candi Kuning countryside, Baturiti sub district and Tabanan regency. It is set at lakeside of Beratan with beautiful lake view and hills surround it. It is situated in the plateau area with cool atmosphere surround it and hills as a backdrop. After which, we proceed to The mountain village of Munduk, a remote town in the north of Bali located between 500 to 1200 meters above sea level with average temperatures of 20 to 30°C giving it slightly cooler and less humid weather than the lowlands on the coast. You have a chance to do a trekking to Red Coral and Laangan Waterfalls. Proceed to Lovina and overnight.
DAY 05: LOVINA – CANDIDASA (B)
Start the trip from the beach of Lovina where we board on an outrigger boat to witness the friendly dancing dolphins welcoming the morning sun. A spectacular sunrise view from the middle of the sea. Transfer to hotel in Candidasa via Kintamani Village, the most favorite tourist destinations in Bali with the active volcano of Mount Batur and beautiful Batur Lake. Mount Batur is has erupted about 24 times since year 1800 and still active up to now. Since the mount erupting, it has impacted to the local society life around this mount, like removing altar (Temple), improve or repairing the village and re-arrange the tradition. Lake Batur is the biggest lake in Bali and functioning as irrigation source to all farmers around it and it is also for all Bali society generally. Kintamani area has been founded some lodging, hotels and restaurants which are located in Kintamani and Penelokan Village. It is a famous tourist place because Kintamani area owns the beautiful panorama and it is encircled by the cold atmosphere. We drive through Suter Village and a stop also can be made in Besakih Temple (Mother Temple), Located on the slopes of Mount Agung, is the most important, the largest and holiest temple of Hindu religion in Bali, and one of a series of Balinese temples. Perched nearly 1000 meters up the side of Gunung Agung, it is an extensive complex of 23 separate but related temples with the largest and most important being Pura Penataran Agung. This is built on six levels, terraced up the slope. This entrance is an imposing Candi Bentar (split gateway), and beyond it the even more impressive Kori Agung is the gateway to the second courtyard. And then proceed to Sidemen, one of the greatest places in Bali that has strong spiritual aura is Sidemen Valley that located at Karangasem regency East of Bali province. This village located at the valley, surround of many hill and most of the area is a rice fields that irrigate by Subak, the Balinese traditional water system for rice field. The housing area separated with the field area, the housing area located at the right side from the road, and the field area located at the left side, that make this village very unique. The area is famous for stunning scenery, and a simple, traditional way of life, “peaceful”. Afterwards the trip proceeds to Candidasa.
DAY 06: CANDIDASA – NUSA DUA (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing transfer, Enroute visit Kusamba Village the salt making village, and you can see Bat Cave Temple, located in Klungkung Regency, one of the sacred Hindu’s temple in Bali, believed to have been created sometime around 1007 by an Indonesian saint, the ancient temple structures built around the cave entrance are still ministered to and provided with prayer on a daily basis. While the site had no name when the temple was built, it gets its current title due to the thousands of bats that cling to the ceiling and walls of the natural chasm, “Goa” meaning “cave” and “Lawah” meaning “bat.” It is thought that the cave may extend all the way through the mountain right to a nearby town. Legend goes that the dark recesses of the tunnel are home to a mythical snake king known as Vasuki, a massive naga that wears a crown on his head. He is said to live on the copious amounts of bats in the cavern. Yet another legend claims that a river of miraculous healing waters rushes through the depths of the cave. And we drive through Kerta Gosa the Bali Heritage Royal Court. This beautiful historical site situated in the hearth of Semarapura Town. The name of Kerta Gosa is taken from Sanskrit where Kerta means serene and meanwhile Gosa word is derive from Gosita that mean established or announced. Thus the meaning of Kerta Gosa is a kind of Bale building where the king announces Judicial Legislation, justice, punishment and so on. Beside of Kerta Gosa, there is a building called by Taman Gili which is located adjacent to Bale Kembang that is a traditional building floating in the center of fish pond continue the trip to see the Bat Cave Temple and proceed to South Bali.
DAY 07-08: NUSA DUA FREE PROGRAM (B)
Today you will have a free program. You are free to spend your time whether to relaxing yourself at the hotel or explore the city by yourself. There is so many interesting place to visit while you are in Bali, ask our experienced representatives to give you recommendation or advice. DAY 09: NUSA DUA – DENPASAR (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free until time for transfer to airport for your onward flight to the next destination.
